Resolved Question: I’m seeing a psychiatrist today to get medication for depression/anxiety. What should I tell him?

This is a referral from my treatment who think I should get drugs. She said that the psychiatrist make things short, sweet, try to make rapid diagnosis. Therefore, I make sure I ask him very specific information so that he can at the most appropriate prescription drugs. What is the general number of points, I have to temper it? (Obviously, because you do not know my situation you can not give me an exact point to talk about, I am even more looking forward to the outline.)
